What we collect
For a beta request, we collect the email address you submit, your explicit agreement to receive beta and product updates, the version of that consent language, the canonical source hostname, and timestamps.
For a privacy request, we collect your email address, the request type you select, your agreement to be contacted for verification, status, and timestamps. There is no freeform message field.
We do not store raw IP addresses, user-agent strings, or Cloudflare Turnstile response tokens. The initial site uses no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics.
How we use it
Beta-request information is used to review interest, choose future invitation waves, and send the product or beta updates you requested. A request does not create an account or product entitlement.
Privacy-request information is used to contact you, verify that the request is yours, and complete a verified access, correction, or deletion request. TapeFox does not automatically disclose, change, or delete a record before identity verification.
Protection and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this public site, stores submitted records in D1, and provides Turnstile abuse protection. Turnstile verification is checked on the server before a request is saved. The site does not use an external form processor.
Retention
An uninvited beta request is retained for up to 24 months. A verified deletion request removes the matching beta email record within 30 days.
After a privacy request is resolved, its email is removed after 30 days. The remaining audit record—opaque identifier, request type, resolution, and timestamps—is retained for up to 24 months.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion using the form below. TapeFox will contact the submitted address to verify the request. If you only want to stop product updates, use the unsubscribe option included in any future message.
